*The opening times of Entijuana Studio are from 8:00 until 19:00.

Pre/post shoot days and breaks will be negotiated prior to the booking.
The rates mentioned above can change in the case of special events and for rentals of over one day.
If the client presents an advance notice to Entijuana Studio to cancel a confirmed rental booking for a specified date, he will have to pay part of the expenses in the following way
| 12 hours notice prior to booking date: | 100% of rental |
| 24 hours notice prior to booking date: | 50% of rental |
| 48 hours notice prior to booking date: | 25% rental |
The studio equipment and facilities will be left the same way in which they were found. In case of damage, breakage or equipment being used negligently, the repair/replacement expenses will be charged to the client.
The objects forgotten by the client for more than 15 days after the end of the rental period will be deemed abandoned and Entijuana Studio will be able to get rid of them.
Entijuana Studio rents its premises, including part of the equipment, to its client with the understanding that in no event shall Entijuana Studio be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that could be done or as a consequence of the use of its equipment and/or material. By this means, the client relinquishes its right to hold Entijuana Studio liable for any incident or accident that could happen or be caused to anyone renting the place or associated to the rental of Entijuana Studio.
The data provided by the user in this form will be kept by Entijuana Studio strictly confidential.
In accordance to the December 13 Data Protection Organic Law 15/99, we inform you that the personal data that you provide us will be incorporated in Entijuana Studio's data base under the heading “Clients.” That file is correctly registered in the Data Protection Registry. You have the right to access, modify, eliminate or oppose the use of the information concerning you. To do this, you need to send us a letter requesting access, elimination or modification of your data to the following address: c/Bailén, 152, 1º 1ª, 08037 Barcelona, Spain, or send an email to info@entijuanastudio.com.
Entijuana Studio will never provide your data to any other company. It is possible that, in the future, you may receive commercial offers from Entijuana Studio such as rental equipment, packs and others. In this document you expressly authorise this.
